  • Before Processing: Cancellations requested before application processing begins are eligible for a full refund.
  • After Processing Starts: If processing has already begun, cancellations may incur a processing fee.
  • After Submission: Once your application has been fully processed and forwarded to the relevant authorities, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests are only considered if the application has not been processed or submitted. Refunds are not available for applications that have been completed, approved, rejected, or if the request is made after the refund window.
